We administer organizational capacity assessments and then work with organizations to create action plans based on the assessment findings. We continue to work with organizations to address the findings and report back to donor organizations and other stakeholders as organizational capacity is built. Areas of capacity building include: budget formation; fundraising, proposal writing and organizational sustainability; governance; finance, HR, and procurement policy formation; and process improvement. 


We provide training courses and planning workshops to organizations that are seeking to build their own capacity. We've worked with local NGOs in Africa and Asia, as well as small businesses and international schools to identify best practices and provide recommendations for improvement.
