TRACY SWIFT

Tracy is the founder of Field Focus LLC. She helps organizations navigate compliance & legal risks, draft/review and negotiate agreements, and stay on track with complex laws and regulations that impact global operations. She has led international and remote teams while building a successful consulting business. Tracy serves on nonprofit boards and is passionate about good governance and making systems work better. She holds a BA from Georgetown University and a JD from George Mason University.


BEN MOSSBERG

Benjamin Mossberg is a partner with Field Focus LLC having served as the Deputy Director of the Atlantic Council’s Africa Center until July 2025. He is a former US diplomat and illicit-finance expert, with a range of experience in domestic and overseas assignments. At the Treasury Department from 2021 to 2023, Mossberg led efforts to combat corruption, money laundering, terrorist financing, and financial crimes on the African continent. Serving as the US head of delegation to African anti-corruption organizations, Mossberg worked to strengthen efforts to improve anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing policy, legal, and regulatory frameworks in African countries through bilateral and multilateral efforts. A veteran of over seventeen years of government service across five administrations, he held senior postings dealing with national security, illicit finance, African affairs, multilateral, governance, and human-rights issues.

JAIMY LEWIS

Jaimy is an advisor to Field Focus, and has supported USAID missions in Asia, Africa, and Eastern Europe for over ten years. Prior to joining Field Focus in 2015, she worked as an estate and tax planning attorney. She began her government contracting career at the U.S. Department of Defense as a contract specialist with the Air Force Research Lab in 2009. She holds a JD from George Mason University, an LLM in Taxation from the University of Denver, and received her BS in Marketing from Florida State University.


DANIEL SWIFT

Daniel Swift, a retired U.S. foreign service officer and economist, is a partner at Field Focus LLC and a senior research analyst for the Center on Economic and Financial Power (CEFP) at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies (FDD). Before retiring from the Foreign Service, Dan led Prosper Africa, a 17-agency presidential-level national security initiative to increase two-way trade and investment between the United States and Africa. He has served as a U.S. diplomat in Washington, Jordan, Myanmar (Burma), Ethiopia, and South Africa. Dan is the recipient of several U.S. State Department Superior Honor Awards and Meritorious Service Awards. In 2024, he earned USAID’s Arnold Herberger Award for Applied Economic Analysis. He holds two masters’ degrees from the University of Chicago and an undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder.


TOMMY HARROLD

In his role as Chief Operating Officer, Tommy draws on 15 years of leadership and management experience in both government and international development. He has built teams and guided projects in the U.S., Africa and Asia, helping organizations grow and excel while staying true to their mission and still delivering results. A graduate of Newcastle University in the United Kingdom, Tommy is passionate about building partnerships that create lasting impact.
